Drew Ernst is a good friend of mine. He's a valuable friend not only for his good sense of humor and his dependability, but he also convinced me to purchase a Mac after my compaq blew up! I really didn't want to do it...I was used to the world of windows and didn't want to go! But he showed me all the wonderful features of macs and you could see how much he loved them that I couldn't help but purchase one. But some things were still a little confusing as I made the transition and Drew was really great in patiently walking me through how to use certain programs and how to perform certain tasks.  I don't know much about computers, but I do know that Drew is always able to fix any problems that I or any of my friends have ever had with computers, especially apples. I also know that he loves repairing computers and has refurbished and sold many computers on his own!!

Drew came to my home office because my iBook would not connect to the internet, even though the Apple Store geniuses had set it up and told me it would work from home - no problem. Drew quickly and efficiently reset for my specific service provider, did another couple of changes and it worked perfectly. He spent the rest of the hour helping me with other minor problems and questions with various Mac software. He is friendly, efficient, eloquent and happy to share his knowledge.
